Dalpiciclib combined with endocrine therapy for patients with HR+/HER2- metastatic breast cancer: A multicenter real-world study

In a retrospective real-world study of 160 patients, investigators evaluated outcomes among patients with HR+ HER2- breast cancer who received dalpiciclib plus endocrine therapy. The treatment demonstrated favorable clinical activity, including among patients with brain metastases and those previously treated with CDK4/6 inhibitors.
