Development of ALL-Hematotox (ALL-HT): Predicting post CAR T-cell hematotoxicity in B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia

Researchers developed the ALL-Hematotoxicity score, which refines an existing predictive model of post CAR T-cell cytopenias to be applicable to B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The ALL-Hematotoxicity score was associated with severe prolonged neutropenia. It appropriately predicted patients who had more cumulative days of neutropenia, fewer rates of complete response, and shorter median overall survival.
